We manufacture metal processed parts used in various fields from general industry to aircraft industry. In particular, we have been entrusted with the processing of bushings and sleeves to be incorporated into the landing gear of aircraft since April 1997, and have a cumulative processing record of more than 250,000 EA to date.

We have cultivated know-how for many years in the processing of copper alloys, mainly in state-of-the-art compound 5-axis machines and machining centers. We specialize in precision machining that requires high precision, especially for thin-walled products with a small difference in inner and outer diameters that are prone to distortion.

Our machining center is capable of 5-axis control and can handle metal machining of complicated shapes that cannot be machined by 3-axis control such as impeller machining with free curve shape and undercut.
